A Berry Berry Cake

I hope to inspire you to create something healthy and yet delicious this San Valentin, el dia del amor y la amistad.
It all began with this pineapple,
then strawberries,
 blueberries and coolwhip,
and finally, birthday candles!

Have a wonderful weekend~

  9. Juanita, the closest thing I can compare the product i used is to heavy whipping cream (minus the whipping required and less fat/calories?)but I'm sure using ice-cream will also be delicious.

  10. Karina, hehe I got creative because my Dad insisted he didn't want a birthday cake and I felt like it wouldn't be a bday celebration without a cake and candles. He was very happy and surprised with my creation. Maybe it will become a bday tradition.
