Avocados and Mangos~ it's what's for lunch
Remember the recipe for Mediterranean avocado and mango salad? well today I came across this salad via kitchencorners (you should stop by and visit, her current project is 31 days of salad!) Avocados are on sale at the grocery store, I have a few jalapenos from my parents' garden, and now... off to buy some mangos!

I eat an avocado daily. Love them!

I love a good mangoe salad, though.
I always love your recipes because you have such yummy yet easy to make recipes. The French Croatian Lemon Cake is still my favorite. Yum!
